" God's Spirit makes us loving, happy, peaceful, patient, kind, good, faithful, gentle, and self controlled.” Galatians 5:22-23
A manager is the one who plans, takes control,
organizes stuff and gives directions that will lead to the realizations of the
objectives that both the manager and subordinates have in mind. No manager of
any establishments has aimed failure to the management and its subordinates.
All is setting to the betterment of each party.
God has always been the greatest manager of all
time. He’s always been there listening to us, giving us directions. All we have
to do is to follow and have faith because everything He does has its purpose
and own accord. No father will give his children rocks if he asks for bread.
Even before we have spoken, God knows what we
are going to say. He has already organized and prepared everything long before
we are born. Sometimes, we don’t have to ask because the Lord our God knows
what is best for all of us.
God takes control of everything! This world is
His establishment and all the things in it. He is in-charge of the weather, the
sea, animals, and all living creatures. Even the smallest insect in this earth
is receiving care from our creator.
A manager knows very well its subordinates, and
their potential. God is aware of everything, no secret of ours is not known to
God. Even God knows how many hair strands we have in our scalp. He strengthens
our hearts when it is about to be broken, He knows our capabilities and
limitations. God does not give a task that you can’t handle. Everything is
according to His divine will.
For us to feel deep joy, all we have to do is
to entrust to God all the worries we have in this world. But sometimes, we
ought to be self centered, and try to make it on our own and not seek the
direction God has provided. Because we have set plans that we thought that
would make us happy and fulfilled. Once we have reached the direction that we
have set our eyes upon, and there we realize that the path we have chosen to
take is not the path for us and there is no sense of fulfillment.
In rough times, a manager never gives up to his
subordinates rather he thinks of better plans to never again experience the bad
situation. God always lends His ears whenever we need someone to listen to us.
He will provide answers in our confused minds if we let Him.
God has already prepared and organize a bright
future ahead of us. If we just put our faith in Him and let Him do the rest. If
we just believe and live according to His will then we’ll be able to have peace
in our minds and hearts. All we have to do is follow the pathway he has
provided. Though it may not be easy, but bear in mind that God will never leave His children.
Amen. This is so very true. GOD is always sovereign in our lives. HE has plans for us according to Jeremiah 29:11. Yet he is so loving his given us free will to obey him or not. It is still up to choose the best path or be on our own in this life
ReplyDeleteIndeed! You are right. God is the best manager of all! Imagine having to deal each and every aspect of the lives of the gazillion humans and non-humans alike in this beautiful world? :) God is Superman himself.
ReplyDeleteDefinitely. God is the best image of a great manager.
ReplyDeleteThough with the fact that we humans can never reach God's perfection, we should set God as our model of what an ideal manager should be...With this, we can be more effective managers at the same time we can be great leaders.
I agree to your article more than anything. No one manages are lives more greater than God. He is the ultimate and alpha manager of all. But for me he is more of a Leader with manager aspects. But I wont make a fuss. I really like your article.
